Quality
One of our two centers is in Kharkov, Ukraine.  It is a Microsoft certified development center.  In addition, over 50% of our development staff have individual Microsoft certifications.  While certifications are no guarantee of quality, it is an independent global method of quantifying skills levels.  In addition, our development staff have significant experience with customers in the U.S market.

Cost
Our staff start at $15/hr for professional  developers.  In addition to aggressive hourly rates, you eliminate all the traditional costs associated with employment such as office space, hardware, software licensing, insurance, liability etc

Flexibility
Whether you need just a single developer for a 1 month project or a team of 15 as part of an Offshore Development Center (ODC) on a regular basis, we are the right fit for you.  We take the team to understand your specific needs and then match the correct resources.  In addition, we monitor the team on a regular basis and manage any growth or staff updates and changes you may require.

Simplicity
Our model is simple -- we assign the development staff per your requirements and give you full access for direct communications and total control over their tasks and priorities.  They operate simply as part of your team for the duration of the engagement. 

Location
We are U.S. based with our development center based in Kharkov, Ukraine.    We work with you on all business related issues and manage your entire offshoring experience through the U.S. office.  The development staff in Ukraine work directly with you to insure the optimum quality.

Risk Mitigation
We mitigate the risk from your offshoring experience by doing the following:

1. Insuring we have professional developers as part of our Microsoft Gold Certified development center
2. The developers are our employees and part of our center as opposed to the lowest bidder
3. We are U.S. based so we deal with you based on U.S. law
4. We help you grow staff, replace existing or even escalate issues as needed to insure results

IP Protection
Intellectual Property is your core asset -- all of our engagements are clear -- you own the IP and that is supported by legal agreements here in the U.S. and in Ukraine and India.
